Pınar Aktaş is an experienced bankruptcy litigator with a focus on complex bankruptcy disputes and bankruptcy appeals. She also has extensive experience with complex commercial and appellate litigation.

While she is engaged in the collection of receivables related to banks' credit, credit card, mortgage and pledge receipts under the Execution and Bankruptcy Law, she also focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation, financial restructuring, and bankruptcy. Pınar represents a wide variety of debtors, creditor committees, trade creditors, claims traders, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, indenture trustees, trustees, landlords, investors, and purchasers. She represents debtors, creditors, asset purchasers, examiners and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the country. In the field of insurance law, she carries out procedures for all aspects of the proceedings and petition stages of lawsuits in the field of compensation claims and business law (return to work, receivables, etc.).

The most significant point in the profession for her is to keep up with amendments and practices in the judiciary. She says, “the point is not just to know them, but to apply them correctly.”
