The conference held on on 1.11.2018 at Four Seasons Bosphorus and organized by EY. It was an important meeting in order to discuss challenges and opportunities for investment and restructuring in Turkey. Opening speech given by Mr. Metin Canoğulları who is a Country Managing Director for EY and the Conference consisted of two separate sessions.
On the first session for Bank Managers Panel, Mr Gürkan Sarıkaya - Director of specialized loans and corporate loans at Yapı Kredi, Sezin Ünlüdoğan - CEO at Güven Varlik Yönetim A.Ş, Kerim Mutluay - Executive Vice President Speacial Asset at AlternatifBank were participated.
After, Mr. Orçun Makal (EY Corporate Finance Partner) and Raj Apte (Head of Restructuring for Central & Southeast Europe and CIS (CESA) at EY) presented ‘’ A New Approach in Europe’’ presentation.
The latets at the ‘’Senior Finance Lawyers’’ session, participants were Mete Yegin from Clifford Chance, Sera Somay from Paksoy Law Firm, Muhsin Keskin from Esin Law Firm, Güniz Gökçe from White & Case and Yusuf Kuş from Elmas & Yeşiloğlu Law Firm.
