Yusuf Kuş holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Istanbul University and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. From the early days of his career, Yusuf has worked with the corporate and personal receivables of banks and supervised legal processes regarding the collection of these receivables. He has worked in law firms and the legal departments of the banks as well as in the administration of bankruptcy offices.
Yusuf has participated in many transactions regarding agreements on financial restructuring and Istanbul Approach. At Elmas & Yeşiloğlu, he shares his experience acquired through his duties in prestigious banks and law firms with his clients and team. He conducts negotiations regarding the restructuring of debts, advises on the preparation of the protocols on restructuring, and carries out these procedures from beginning to end.
